News Clipping from Rubatic News Dated: Monday, December 25, 2017 Headline: Death of homeless man ruled hypothermia Story: A local homeless man, Benjamin Harvey, 44, was found dead early Christmas morning, on a park bench outside the Boulder History Museum. Temperatures had dropped close to ten degrees overnight. The death was found to be from hypothermia. Earlier, Harvey had been banned for one year from the Boulder Homeless Shelter. This was reportedly the result of Harvey pounding on the window after being denied access to mail he expected. He had arrived one minute after the mail distribution time. He had been expecting a letter containing some money from his father, delivered via the Shelter, and was angry that he was denied the letter.
